Return Policy
We want to ensure your experience with Queens Wear Robes is as pleasant as possible, so we've made our return policy straightforward and user-friendly. Here’s all you need to know:
Return Guidelines:
- What Can Be Returned: We welcome back online purchased items that are just like new - unworn, unused, with the original tags still on, and in their original initial packaging.
- Return Window: If you're in the US, you have 30 days, and our international friends get 45 days from the purchase date to decide. Returns must be postmarked within this return window to be eligible for return.
- Receiving Your Refund: Once your return is approved and processed, we'll quickly process your refund in the original payment method or offer store credit for purchases made with a gift card. Just as a reminder, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start Your Return:
Simply visit our return portal, tailored for either US or International returns, and follow the prompted steps to submit a return request. You will need your original order number, email, and zip code to locate your order and process the return through the portal.

Special Holiday Returns:
To make your Christmas holidays more joyful, we've extended the return period for purchases made from November 25th to December 31, 2024
To be eligible for the extended holiday return window.
US Customers: Please send your return by January 15, 2025
International Customers: Please return by January 30, 2025
International orders:
For our international friends, remember that shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are not a part of the refund.
We're all about keeping things in tip-top shape, so we can only accept returns that meet our conditions. If not, they might have to journey back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on in-store/person point of sale, pop up shop, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected, and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
