For International Customers:

Shipping Fees:
- All fees cover handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation.
- Extra shipping fees may apply for large or bulky items. We will inform you within 2 business days if additional charges are necessary.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 12pm (noon) US Pacific Time on business days are typically processed the same day, barring any pending order issues. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Most orders are ready for shipping within 3 business days, although some may require additional time. You will be notified promptly of any delays, which may include:
- Incorrect Address
- Incomplete or Inaccurate Payment Information
- During peak seasons, order processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipment Processing:
- Orders are dispatched from our Delaware warehouse. We collaborate with USPS and FedEx for reliable US shipping.
- To provide the most effective delivery service, items in the same order might not always be shipped together.

- Standard and Free Extended Shipping: Up to 10 business days
- Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days

Shipment Status:
- Receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received this notification, contact us for assistance.
- If tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received it, wait 36 hours before contacting us. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered up to 36 hours prior to actual arrival. We will gladly investigate any issues after this period.
